- Your physical or electronic signature or your authorized agent's physical or electronic signature.

Please note that if you do not comply with all the requirements listed above, your DMCA Notice may not be effective, and in this case no action will be taken.

Abuse Notification

Submitting a DMCA Notice means that you are initiating a legal process. Consequently, if you misrepresent any of the facts in your claim, you will be liable for damages under the law.

Take Down Procedure

This site reserves the right to remove or disable access to any materials claimed to be infringing or deemed to be infringing by fact or circumstance that make infringing activity apparent. The accounts of repeated infringers will be terminated, and access to the the infringing materials will be disabled posthaste, according to the procedures set forth in 17 U.S.C. §512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
